The 20-foot sea container with double doors is part of the shipping containers. New shipping containers, often referred to as “containers used once”, are made of CORTEN corrosion resistant steel. Since CORTEN steel has better rust-resistance properties than conventional steel, they offer superior longevity.
The floors of the containers are composed of 19 plies of marine-grade Keruing-Apitong plywood. The quality of this plywood surpasses that of ordinary plywood because it has a high density, which results in a very low month content that prevents the development of fungi and the attack of termites. This is why they are able to to withstand frequent cargo loads and sea shipments.
The standard 20 ft shipping container includes as equipment four (4) weatherproof winds to ensure ventilation throughout the container, 36″ heavenly locking bar door handles that facilitate access, forklift passages providing superior handling and a secure locking box for maximum safety.
